1. Overview
WebToAppConvert (WAC), operated by Excyn Labs, is a service that converts websites into native Android applications. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Account & Usage
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may only convert websites that you own or have explicit authorisation to convert.
- You must not use the service to create apps that violate Google Play policies or any applicable laws.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits & Billing
- Credits are purchased to generate app builds. Each build consumes credits based on its tier.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing period.
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellation stops future charges; no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
4. Build Artifacts
- Build artefacts (APK/AAB files) are stored temporarily based on your account tier.
- Free accounts: artefacts are retained for 7 days after a successful build.
- Pay-as-you-go accounts: artefacts are retained for 30 days.
- Active subscriptions: artefacts are retained while the subscription is active.
- Excyn Labs is not liable for any loss arising from artefact expiry or deletion.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of your app configurations, signing keys, and generated artefacts.
- Excyn Labs retains ownership of the WAC platform, tooling, and infrastructure.
- You grant Excyn Labs a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Privacy
- We collect your email address, display name, and usage data to provide the service.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Build data, app configurations, and signing keystores are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase / Google Cloud Storage).
- We use Stripe for payment processing. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the service.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Excyn Labs does not guarantee that builds will succeed, or that generated apps will be accepted on any app store. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excyn Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
