WebToAppConvert processes payments through Stripe: one of the most widely used payment processors for online businesses. Stripe handles all card processing and security compliance.
Accepted Cards
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- JCB
- UnionPay
Debit cards from these networks are accepted wherever debit transactions are supported by your bank.
Other Payment Methods
In addition to cards, the following payment methods may be available depending on your region:
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your browser and device)
- SEPA Direct Debit (Europe)
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If you need a specific payment method not shown, contact support.
Payment Security
WebToAppConvert does not store your card number, CVV, or full card details. All payment data is entered directly in Stripe's secure, PCI DSS Level 1-certified payment form. Stripe's security practices are documented at stripe.com/docs/security.
Stripe stores a tokenized reference to your card that allows future payments without re-entering card details. Saved payment method management is handled via Stripe's secure checkout: if you need to remove a saved card, contact support.
Currency
All prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer handles the conversion and may apply a foreign transaction fee. This is determined by your bank, not WebToAppConvert.
Billing Address
If your organization requires a billing address on invoices for accounting purposes, contact support and we'll add the details to your account.
3D Secure
Some cards require 3D Secure authentication (also called Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, or similar). If your card triggers this requirement, you'll be redirected to your bank's authentication page as part of checkout. This is a standard security step: WebToAppConvert does not control when it's triggered.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, no credits are added to your account and no charge is applied. Common causes of payment failure:
- Insufficient funds
- Card declined by issuing bank (contact your bank to understand the reason)
- Incorrect card details entered
- Card requires 3D Secure and the authentication step was not completed
You can retry the payment with the same or a different card immediately after a failure.
