Change Your Email or Password

How to reset your password, understand your email address as your account identifier, and request account deletion or a data export.

Your account profile (including your email address, sign-in method, tier, and credit balance) is visible from the Account section of the dashboard. This page is read-only; the sections below explain how to make changes when needed.

Your Email Address

Your email address is your account identifier on WebToAppConvert. It cannot be changed in-app: it is the permanent username tied to your apps, builds, signing keys, and billing history.

If you need to use a different email address, you will need to create a new account. If you have an active subscription or paid credits on your existing account and need assistance with the transition, contact support and we'll help you manually.

Resetting Your Password

There is no in-app password change form. To set a new password:

  1. Sign out of your account
  2. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your account email address
  4. Click the reset link in the email you receive
  5. Choose a new password

Use a strong, unique password for your WebToAppConvert account: your keystores and build history are tied to it.

Signing In with Google

If you registered with Sign in with Google, your account has no separate password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google. To manage your sign-in credentials, visit myaccount.google.com.

Deleting Your Account

Self-service account deletion is not yet available in the dashboard. To request deletion, contact support with your account email address and we will process the request manually.

What gets deleted: Your account, all app configurations, build history, and stored signing keys. Any unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded.

What is not deleted immediately: Build artifact files (AAB/APK) in storage are purged on the next cleanup cycle (typically within 30 days).

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Data Export

You can request an export of your account data (app configurations, build history, billing history) by contacting support. Export requests are fulfilled within 30 days in line with applicable data protection laws (GDPR Art. 20 / CCPA).
