View and Download Invoices

How to find, view, and download invoices for your WebToAppConvert credit purchases and subscriptions for business accounting and expense reporting.

Every payment processed through WebToAppConvert generates a receipt via Stripe. Receipts are available immediately after payment from your transaction history.

Finding Your Receipts

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Billing
  3. Scroll down to the Transaction History section
  4. Find the transaction and click the receipt icon to open the Stripe-hosted receipt in a new tab

What's on a Receipt

Each receipt includes:

  • Receipt number and date
  • Description of the purchase (e.g., "Growth Pack: 350 credits")
  • Amount paid in USD
  • Payment method (card brand and last 4 digits)
  • Payment status

Business Billing Details

In-app billing address and company name fields are not currently available. If you require invoices with your company name, VAT number, or billing address for accounting purposes, contact support with the transaction details and we'll assist you.

Tax and VAT

WebToAppConvert is a B2B SaaS service. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction:

  • Businesses with a valid VAT number (EU/UK): Contact support to get VAT details added to your receipts where applicable.
  • US businesses: Sales tax applicability varies by state. WebToAppConvert may collect sales tax in certain states as required by law.
  • All other regions: Prices are as stated. Consult your local tax advisor for guidance on how to categorize SaaS expenses.

Email Receipts

A payment confirmation email is sent to your account email address immediately after each successful payment. This email includes a link to the receipt. If you need receipts forwarded to a different address (e.g., your accounting department), contact support.

Subscription Renewals

If you're on a subscription plan, a receipt is generated automatically at each billing cycle renewal and appears in the Transaction History section. Your next renewal date and amount are shown in the Current Plan & Credits section at the top of the Billing page.
